One of None
Investing in one of none companies
We look for companies creating entirely new categories, building markets that did not exist before, and compounding through advantages that cannot be copied. These are not incremental software businesses. They are companies defining new fields: frontier tech, AI, aerospace, defense, proprietary data, hard technical execution, and networks that become stronger as the world moves toward them.
The goal is not to own every exciting company. The goal is to identify the few companies that can matter for decades, underwrite them with institutional discipline, and use deep relationship networks to access opportunities before they become obvious.
Connor is the Founder and Managing Partner of Solus Ventures. His background spans Goldman Sachs, BlackRock Growth Equity and Private Equity, and 137 Ventures, where he invested in private technology companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX, Anduril, Ramp, and Hadrian, among others.
Solus is built around that combination: institutional underwriting, high-conviction private-market investing, and relationship-driven access to the founders, operators, and networks shaping the next generation of technology companies.
